Refund Policy

At Vortex Creations, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Merchandise:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Note: Because our products are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage or error.

Digital Services:
Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, all sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us—we’ll do our best to address your concerns.
